Log into your account. Select account details and under ‘Account Details’, remove the email associated with your account and enter the new one and click save. You will need to enter your password for the change to be effected.
If you know your password its simple! Log into your account using your current password, then under my account information section, you have the option to change your password. If you’ve forgotten your password, at the account log in page select the forgotten password option and follow the steps to reset. If that doesn’t work, please get in touch via our ‘contact us‘ form or reach out to our support team by creating a ticket.
